Music Industry Moves: Peso Pluma, Prajin Parlay Extend Global Distribution Deal With The Orcha

The Orchard has finalized a global distribution agreement with Peso Pluma‘s label Double P Records, a subdivision of Prajin Parlay Records.
Established in partnership with George Prajin, Double P is the home of Mexican artist Peso Pluma, who also serves as the imprint’s CEO and head of A&R. This new deal reinforces that relationship, as it now includes Peso Pluma as both a label and artist partner. Under the terms of the deal, all artists signed to Double P/Prajin Parlay will have access to The Orchard’s full suite of services and global network.
“Peso’s vision was to create a label home to develop new talent with bespoke, collaborative, and transparent plans that meet artists where they are and help propel them forward, which aligns completely with the Orchard’s ethos,” said Jason Pascal, executive vice president of global artist and label partnerships, who negotiated the deal. “With this new global distribution partnership, artists signed to Double P will have access to tools that empower them to build global networks of their own.”
